A taste of green
Savta Yardena used to make this salad when we had a BBQ. The freshness and crispiness of the parsley and scallions go so well with BBQed meats.
1 bunch of parsley
4-5 scallions
2 Tsp. olive oil
lemon juice
Salt and pepper
1. Rinse the parsley in water and wash well. Parsley tends to be filled with dirt.
2. Chop the parsley and scallions.
3. Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper and adjust tastes.
