Passover desserts

It's all about the presentation, because these desserts are easy to make, tasty to eat and beautiful to look at.
And they're all from the same basic tort recipe converted to Passover.

For the tort:

5 eggs- separated
5 tsp. sugar
5 Tsp. sifted cake meal (it should be finely sifted)

1. Beat the egg whites with 2 tsp. of sugar till stiff.

2. Mix the remainder of the sugar with the egg yellows.

3. Add the yellows to the egg whites and fold carefully until they mix well.

4. Bake in a 350 degrees over for 15-20 minutes. When done, take out of the over and let cool.

5.Wet the tort with orange juice or wine. Wet the tort until you see it absorbs the liquids and does not discharges any to the pan.

For the decoration:

Whipped cream
