Challah: Shabbat's lovely maid of honor






Shabbat special! 

Using the pizza dough recipe (yes. That's it) but letting it rise twice; once the dough is done- let rise until it doubles in size and the second time after you arrange it in a pan.

You can braid it, roll it, twist or whatever you fancy.








To create the pull-apart effect, after the dough doubled in size, punch the air out (literally, punch the dough until it deflates), create small balls and arrange in a pan.






Brush with egg and sprinkle sesame seeds, sunflower seeds or any other you like.

Let rise again and bake in a 350 degrees oven until golden.
